In 2020 the world will enter a new era called the Industrial 4.0 era. In that era, industry was predicted to use technology such as robots, artificial intelligence, super-sophisticated computers, autonomous vehicles, 3D printing, and other technology including the optimization of the functioning of the human brain with genetic editing and neurotechnology development. At first glance it might look fun and amaze, but there will be losses caused by the industrial revolution.

This Industrial Revolution 4.0 must have caused disruption or disruption not only in the business sector, but also in the labor market. There will be many types of work lost and replaced by robot or artificial intelligence functions, so that inevitably, like it or not, it requires us to continue to develop skills so that we are not eroded by the technology in the future.

Millennials did not escape the changes brought on by the 4.0 industrial revolution. The generation who are in productive age must be prepared because the future of the industrial world is in their hands. Not enough to be smart and master the theory, they must have high learning abilities and skills to be able to keep up with rapid technological changes.

1. Complex problem solving
Complex problem solving here is the ability to solve complex problems in various ways. Starting from identifying, determining the main elements of the problem, seeing various possibilities as a solution, taking action / actions to solve problems, to find lessons to be learned in order to solve problems in the future.  

2. People management
People management is the ability to organize, lead and utilize human resources in a targeted and effective manner.

3. Creativity
Creativity or creativity is the ability to continue to innovate and improvise in developing good ideas, old ideas or new ideas and creating something unique and interesting.

4. Critical thinking
Critical thinking is a way of thinking sensibly, has a clear basis and goals, so that planned thoughts and ideas can be implemented properly and have goals that are oriented towards maximum results.

5. Coordinating with other
A business will become big if it has a strong structure and compactness.
Therefore, teamwork is needed, either by internal teams, as well as with other people who come from outside the team.

6. Cognitive flexibility
Cognitive flexibility is the ability to spontaneously compile knowledge, in many ways, in giving a self-adjusting response to radically change situational demands.

7. Emotion intelligence
Emotion intelligence or emotional intelligence is the ability of a person to regulate, assess, accept, and control the emotions of himself and others around him.

8. Service orientation
Service orientation is the desire to help and serve others as best as possible to meet their needs. By having a service orientation, customers or consumers will certainly give a positive assessment of us and the trust of consumers is what makes a business or business strong.

9. Judgment and decision making
Judgment and decision making is the ability to make decisions quickly and precisely on the situation at hand. Especially when under pressure.

10. Negotiation
Not everyone has the ability to talk and negotiate, let alone to convince others in terms of work. For that, we need to practice a lot with this negotiating ability.
